Responsible for driving business development and physician engagement within the department. Serves as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including mid- and senior-level executives. Establishes and implements project management processes to ensure that all project requirements are met effectively, on time, within budget, and in compliance with established standards.Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) of experience in business development, physician engagement, sales, or healthcare operations.

Possesses strong organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to strengthen relationships with business partners, comprehensive analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experienced in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, providing human capital leadership, and consistently achieving success while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Establishes relationships with providers within the department and across the state to enhance the department’s reputation, improve faculty retention, and support financial growth.
- Manages the department’s business development, training, and mentoring programs.
- Manages various projects aligned with the department’s annual and long-term strategic plans.
- Serves as a departmental liaison to other departments, institutional leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Assists with faculty recruitment, onboarding, and engagement in provider networks.
- Supports medical student recruitment and coordinates outreach events for prospective residents.

Physical and Environmental Demands
