Job Description

Selected candidate will join the F-35 Pilot Systems Software team and serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) addressing all functions of cost management on the F-35 Program.

This candidate will establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, track program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis, and develop variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required. The candidate will prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports, and prepare and analyze quarterly estimates at completions (EACs). The candidate will maintain the Earned Value (EV) system and associated logs as needed. The candidate will also assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking program expenditures, highlight issues/concerns/trends to the program team, and ensure that program financial commitments are met. The candidate will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures. The candidate will also open and close charge numbers in a timely fashion, research and prepare cost transfers as required, and prepare completed
contracts for closeout. The candidate will also support proposals developing Basis of Estimates in support of new contracts. This position requires working closely with Management and Engineers to understand the capability being developed and roadmaps for each capability throughout the software development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will use the complete CAM toolset to gather cost and budget data. The candidate will ensure the team follows all tenants of the LM Aero EVMS processes as defined within the F-35 program. The candidate will participate in all required reviews and audits with the customer, government, DCMA, etc.

Additionally, the candidate will work closely with all levels of personnel within the F-35 MS teams, other functional departments, programs, and government personnel in capturing the financial data required to provide accurate financial and schedule and staffing report. The candidate will support Management and Senior Management with accurate staffing analysis and staffing assignments using EV tools, Tableau Dashboard and VEMO. The candidate is expected to be a team player willing to support and communicate with a diverse group of teammates. Basic Qualifications

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Experience in LM Aero Earned Valued Management, metrics and process management
- Experience in areas of cost analysis, schedule, and risk and opportunity management
- CAM training and be familiar with the CAM toolset
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
