Qualifications:

  • At least one of the following is required:
    • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major
    • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Five (5) years of experience using enterprise applications
  • Willingness to remain current in applicable software certifications and credentials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
  • Experience with K-12 Student Information Systems (SIS)

 

*Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate.

 

Performance Responsibilities:

  1. Assists with the collection, organization, and submission of data for District use and state-reporting purposes.
  2. Develops and executes routine database audit reports and queries.
  3. Provides feedback and suggested modifications to existing enterprise applications.
  4. Effects changes to existing enterprise applications for improving efficiency and departmental integration as directed.
  5. Troubleshoots and supports problems within enterprise applications and databases.
  6. Serves as a liaison with vendors to resolve issues and enhancements as directed.
  7. Utilizes current data processing techniques and productivity tools.
  8. Maintains documentation and compliance with standard practices.
  9. Provides support in the use of applications as appropriate.
  10. Ensures adherence to safety practices.
  11. Follows all relevant policies, procedures, and protocols.
  12. Performs other job-related functions as assigned.
