Qualifications:
- At least one of the following is required:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major
- High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience
- Five (5) years of experience using enterprise applications
- Willingness to remain current in applicable software certifications and credentials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
- Experience with K-12 Student Information Systems (SIS)

Performance Responsibilities:
- Assists with the collection, organization, and submission of data for District use and state-reporting purposes.
- Develops and executes routine database audit reports and queries.
- Provides feedback and suggested modifications to existing enterprise applications.
- Effects changes to existing enterprise applications for improving efficiency and departmental integration as directed.
- Troubleshoots and supports problems within enterprise applications and databases.
- Serves as a liaison with vendors to resolve issues and enhancements as directed.
- Utilizes current data processing techniques and productivity tools.
- Maintains documentation and compliance with standard practices.
- Provides support in the use of applications as appropriate.
- Ensures adherence to safety practices.
- Follows all relevant policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Performs other job-related functions as assigned.
