Key Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle — from idea and architecture through development, deployment, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business problems into scalable, production-grade applications that deliver tangible ROI.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS.
• Integrate agentic AI systems and workflows that automate reasoning, decision-making, and execution using large language models (LLMs).
• Build intelligent applications that leverage generative AI to automate or enhance internal and client-facing experiences.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, monitoring, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Implement secure, scalable API architectures (REST and GraphQL) and microservices for seamless integration across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the business and Innovation Council to prototype, test, and scale new digital products.
• Build and orchestrate workflow automations that connect systems, data, and people — reducing friction and improving operational efficiency.
• Champion AI-augmented software engineering practices to accelerate development.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building end-to-end full stack solutions with proven business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying on AWS
• Strong background designing CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Understanding of agentic AI systems, workflow orchestration, and integration of LLMs into business processes.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, microservices, and serverless computing.
• Track record of translating abstract concepts into real-world applications that drive measurable ROI.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment that values experimentation and delivery over perfection.
