ProCo and AICA Orthopedics, Atlanta's premier integrated healthcare provider with 21 locations, is seeking a strategic Data Analyst to serve as the bridge between data and decision-making. You'll partner with executive leadership across marketing, revenue cycle, finance, and clinical operations to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive patient outcomes and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities, define KPIs, and measure performance across clinical, financial, and operational functions
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks providing unified views of patient flow, revenue cycle efficiency, and campaign ROI
• Analyze data from EHR, CRM, marketing platforms, and billing systems to generate actionable insights
• Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations and storytelling
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting through data-driven recommendations
• Ensure data quality and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations
• Act as a data ambassador, helping stakeholders leverage analytics in decision-making

What You Bring

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 4+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics programming (Python or R)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with healthcare datasets (EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, NextGen)
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and influence strategy through data storytelling
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills

Preferred:

• Master's degree in related field
• Experience with NextGen EHR/PM and Salesforce
• Knowledge of orthopedic or personal injury healthcare operations
• Healthcare revenue cycle analytics background
