Hygiene Coordinator bei Summerlin Smiles

Summerlin Smiles is a friendly, patient-focused dental office in Southwest Las Vegas. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a comfortable, professional environment. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hygiene Coordinator with at least 2 years of dental experience to join our team.

Compensation: $20-22 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Contact patients to review co-insurance for hygiene appointments
• Explain patient treatment plans clearly and accurately
• Maintain a productive and full hygiene schedule
• Update and organize patient health records in Dentrix
• Collect payments and post transactions
• Answer and route phone calls in a professional manner
• Support hygienists and front office staff to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required (***Pay based on qualification and experience***)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Dentrix experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Detail-oriented, prompt, and dependable
• Ability to follow directions and uphold office protocols
• Team player with strong communication skills
