Position Summary

Dynamics 365 Administrator/Architect

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Administrator/Architect to oversee the administration, optimization, and architectural design of our enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a business-focused mindset to ensure the platform supports and enhances critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management & Optimization

  • Administer and configure Dynamics 365 environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.

  • Oversee daily operational activities, including ticket triage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).

  • Implement best practices for user security, data governance, and compliance.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and sustainable Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business requirements.

  • Partner with business units to tailor system configurations to workflows, objectives, and evolving needs.

Vendor Collaboration & Project Leadership

  • Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors and implementation partners.

  • Lead enterprise-scale projects from scope definition through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

  • Champion automation initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP).

  • Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated success in vendor management and leading enterprise-scale implementation projects.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Industry experience in gaming, lottery, or related sectors is a strong plus.
