About the role
We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and confident Administrator to work within a friendly team to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and business support to frontline social work teams and Heads of Service within Family Services. For this role, you will need the ability to manage a busy but interesting workload in a responsive way and have excellent communication skills, and be confident in dealing with senior managers, other multi-agency professionals (Health, Education) and service users. The post will support Fostering teams but there is scope that this role will evolve to support the wider service, completing interesting and meaningful work that supports vulnerable young people. If you enjoy working as part of a bigger team, have strong communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload then this may be the role for you.

You will have proven experience in:
  • Supporting Managers in an administrative work setting 
  • Extensive and proficient user of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to Multi task
  • Proven experience in communication with a variety of professionals
  • Flexible and supportive work ethic
  •  Ability to take minutes of professional meetings
