Job Description:
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner supports the entirety of the Talent Acquisition process by being responsible for all recruiting and hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers. This individual consistently utilizes their networks to leverage talent and maintains creativity in the recruiting process. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner also provides consulting to hiring managers and department leaders in regards to people placement within the organization and is responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service throughout the hiring process.
What You'll Do:
Supports the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle for each intern program by performing the following duties: sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, analysis, and offer. Involved in the screening of talent and facilitation of the in-person interview process while providing a positive candidate experience.
Plans, coordinates and attends campus recruiting events such as career fairs (in-person, virtual), student organization meetings, campus interviews, networking events, mock interviews, resume review sessions, etc.
Supports in the development and execution of the annual on-campus strategy for RaceTrac.
Builds and strengthens external partnerships with diversity programs, student & industry specific organizations as well as on campus contacts.
Serves as an internal consultant to managers with the ability to influence and create pipelining strategies for proactive recruiting.
Establishes relationships with business leaders to create and deliver early in career recruiting initiatives.
Implements RaceTrac’s DE&I strategic vision into intern and early talent recruitment programs; coordinates efforts on broader Talent Acquisition DE&I initiatives as needed.
Leads networking events and learning sessions with universities each semester.
Leads campus activities to ensure flawless execution, candidate experience, and relationship building with participants.
Tracks and manages University metrics and data to continuously evaluate and improve the on campus recruiting strategy.
Manages and executes Internship Program by communicating with all internal and external business partners.
Facilitates the Internship Program logistics to ensure RaceTrac’s program executes effectively and is best in class.
Effectively sourcing candidates from targeted universities and personal interactions/connections through online sources (LinkedIn, Handshake, posting boards)
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience required
Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in a corporate (in-house) and third-party environment required
Experience utilizing current talent acquisition digital technologies required
Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner and ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships is strongly preferred.
Strong experience in MS Office Suite; including but not limited to Excel and Word
