E3 Diagnostics, a market share leader in audiology and hearing healthcare instrumentation, is seeking a driven Diagnostic Sales Representative to expand and support our customer base across Utah, Idaho, and Western Wyoming. This is a growth-focused role ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving clinical challenges, and driving results through consultative selling.

 

You’ll work within an established territory with a dominant regional footprint, supported by a dedicated local service team and a regional sales support network to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive equipment sales within the assigned territory, aligning efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with audiology clinics, Hearing Aid clinics, ENT practices, GP, hospitals and universities within your territory.
  • Promote and sell a broad portfolio of diagnostic and balance assessment equipment, including audiometers, tympanometers, OAE, ABR, and VNG systems.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades, trade-ins, and new installations through strategic account reviews.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-services in collaboration with clinical and technical teams.
  • Partner with field service engineers to ensure timely installations, training, and follow-up support.
  • Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) and develop quarterly territory growth plans aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of sales experience, preferably in medical devises, audiology, or related healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of success in a consultative or capital equipment sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a large geographic territory with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Utah, Idaho and Western Wyoming.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, a motor vehicle check, a criminal history check and verification of education.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to maintain a clear driving record.
