The Logistics Assistant II manages the shipping and freight aspects of the business, ensuring the needs of the customer are met in a timely manner, and that customers are notified of any holds or discrepancies in the movement of goods. They are also responsible for the storage, maintenance, and order fulfillment of shipments and inventory located in Finished Goods.

• Ensure all required documentation is in order
• Communicate inventory, logistics, and customer service issues to supervisor
• Conduct Cycle Counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Create Data Packs to meet customer requirements
• Process daily shipments according to Ship Report
• Manage inventory databases
• Enhance carrier utilization while maintaining customer requirements for service and on time deliveries
• Monitor holds or discrepancies in the movement of goods and notify customer service or the customer

• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
• Pay Range: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
