We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in the DFW (Haltom City, TX) area.
In this role, you will oversee all day-to-day branch operations including counter sales, customer service, warehousing, inventory management, delivery, installation, facility upkeep, safety, budgeting, and P&L performance. You’ll lead a team of dedicated associates and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving operational efficiency and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of management and leadership experience, preferably within a distribution, building products, or manufacturing environment.
Strong background in warehouse and inventory management.
Knowledge of manufactured housing products is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
