The Integrated Solutions Director works directly with clients and internal teams to manage the team responsible for implementations and support of our Integrated partners, supporting all stages from inception to completion. In addition, the Integrated Solutions Director will help:
The Partner Development team in winning new business by bringing technical expertise to the sales process
The Operations team in providing consultative support and troubleshooting for integrated partners post-implementation
The Technology team by supporting 3rd level integrated support questions and managing relationships with key integration partners building confidence in the Fortis platform and solutions
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide day to day leadership of the Integrated Solutions team to support implementation and support of Fortis integrated partners.
Coach and guide the Integrated Solutions team to provide support that delights our customers
Act as a guide providing design expertise and technical leadership in projects, including solution design, project planning, project management, capacity planning, software upgrades, management of resources, and implementation of new technologies.
Build relationships with clients to understand business needs to develop solutions for new and existing technologies.
Work with internal teams to track down key knowledge and answers to questions before, during and after implementation process.
Create a streamlined process for supporting clients through the implementation process with a focus on successful, scalable patterns.
Understanding the functionality of Fortis products and the ability to successfully communicate to partners and software clients.
Deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations and lead clients through proof of technology.
Be a dedicated point of contact to the team, providing support to clients and acting as a liaison with internal departments as needed.
Provide help in researching and developing new products.
Provide reporting that provides management with visibility into the Integrated Solutions Pipeline of implementation.
Ability to empathize with users of all experience levels to quickly grasp the issues they are facing.
Maintaining expertise and a depth of knowledge on all Fortis products and technology to effectively communicate to the Integrated Solutions team, internal stakeholders and external clients the functionality and benefits of our products.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead a team of resources
Technical written and presentation skills, must be able to articulate technical topics to clients
Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Intellectually curious with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
