YOUR MISSION

To enhance Cellnex UK’s internal communications and external marketing by providing support to existing activities, and inputting into a refreshed digital approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working across internal and external marketing and communications, you can expect your role to typically involve the following:

·       Content creation and distribution: Produce and share compelling content across multiple channels including social media, e-newsletters, websites, email campaigns, intranet pages, and Teams sites, utilising digital marketing strategies to enhance engagement and reach.

·       Forward planning: Proactively manage, update and deliver a calendar of activities, working with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.

·       Evaluation and analysis: Review communication activities to measure impact and make informed recommendations for improvements.

·       Social media management: Develop, maintain and monitor our social media channels (specifically LinkedIn) and support projects to enhance and build our online presence.

·       Website management: Upload posts and edit webpages to ensure continuous flow of information.

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, show good organisation skills to be able to manage projects, and be proactive in order to develop quickly in the role. A keen interest in marketing and communications as well as an awareness of the latest technologies and best practices for digital and social media would be an advantage.
