We're hiring for a part-time MRI technologist to join our Seattle Radiology team. Our ideal candidate is patient-focused, compassionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional care with a commitment to clinical excellence. 
 

Compensation: 

The pay range is $50.83/hourly to $79.43/hourly. Salary is based on multiple factors, including job-related years of experience, and skills. 

Hours: 

This is a .6 part-time position, working two 12-hour shifts weekly. 

Location: 

Located in beautiful Seattle, Washington. Hours:  Day shift.  This is in an outpatient setting position requiring no weekend work.

  Position Summary:

  • Utilizes an MRI scanner and power injector. Starts IVs and administers various contrast agents
  • Appropriately protocol all orders in advance for any precautions or contraindications including, but not limited to implanted devices 
  • Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
  • Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance
  • Handle confidential patient information with discretion and compliance with HIAA regulation. 

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Advanced registry certification in MRI required
    • Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
  • Washington State MRI Technologist license required 
  • Current certification in healthcare CPR
  • Experience as a successful MRI tech preferred
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
