We’re seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our collaborative and caring team — a department known for professionalism, cooperation, and a genuine commitment to quality care.

Requirements

 Your Role as a COTA

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized care plans to help residents regain or maintain independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with nursing, activities, and therapy colleagues to support holistic resident care
• Participate in department initiatives that strengthen quality, engagement, and program excellence

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current South Carolina COTA licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience in senior living or skilled nursing preferred — new graduates welcome with mentoring support
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
