The Service Coordinator is the central point of communication between clients, field technicians, and our engineering team. This role coordinates scheduling, ticketing, and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.

- Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
- Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Your Contribution to Regent5:
- Scheduling: Coordinate & schedule service visits
- Ticketing: Review & Triage incoming service tickets
- Communication: Confirm scheduling, expectations, follow up with client
- Collaboration: work with team to resolve issues
- Invoicing: Generate & Process service invoices
- Service Plans: monitor subscriptions, renewals, extensions
- Support: Service Manager/Ops Team
- Documentation: maintain records in Salesforce and CompanyCam
What Makes You Successful:
REQUIRED
- Experience in technical coordination, dispatch, or service operations
- Ability to read and interpret project documentation and equipment lists.
PREFERRED
- Basic understanding of smart home technology (Savant, Lutron, Control4, networks)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and CompanyCam
