We’re seeking a Manager - Workday Architecture to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable Workday solutions across our enterprise ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned Workday professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring others, and driving innovation through thoughtful architectural strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage firm learning resources to continuously expand expertise in Workday and related technology platforms.
Analyze complex technical and functional requirements, applying strong problem-solving skills to develop effective, scalable solutions.
Design and document innovative approaches for Workday Extend applications and integrations, ensuring best-in-class architectural standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by identifying root causes and implementing actionable resolutions.
Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate and implement new Workday features and functionality to enhance system performance and user experience.
Supervise and mentor Workday architecture team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and integration best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in Workday architecture, configuration, or development, with hands-on expertise across multiple modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, and Integrations (EIB, Studio, Workday Extend, and Reporting).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Deep knowledge of Workday products and platform tools; experience with Workday Extend is a strong plus.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with business and technical teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable language.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business; a Master’s degree is a plus.
