Role Overview:
In partnership with the E-Commerce team, support the success and growth across all E-Commerce touchpoints – DSMNY ESHOP, CDG ESHOP, and Farfetch. Take ownership of customer service and provide a consistent, positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service for all E-Commerce platforms
- Responsible for all email and phone communication at customer service touchpoints
- General website maintenance, including visual merchandising on the site, identifying no-stocks, and refreshing category pages
- Coordinate with the warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
- Partner with the E-Commerce team on weekly product launches
- Partner with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer service message

- Provide customer support and service; always ensure the very best customer experience
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
- Assist in E-Commerce product launches, adhering to launch schedule and brand expectations

- Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done
- Decisive, structured, and organized, with a keen eye for detail
- Performs as a team-player
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
- General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
