Generations Healthcare Network Seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist for our Corporate Office in Lincolnwood, IL. This is a Full Time Role, paying Between $22-$24 per hour, Depending on Experience, plus Benefits.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant/Receptionist:

• Greet and direct visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails and FAXes
• Distribute mail; organize/receive deliveries, facilitate FEDEX shipping
• Update and disseminate daily census reports, using spreadsheet
• Verify and pay selected bills
• Assist with background checks
• Assist with collection letters
• Inventory and order office supplies
• Facilitate preparations for meetings and conferences

Requirements

of the Office Assistant/Receptionist

• High School diploma required; college degree a plus
• Experience in healthcare field highly desirable
• Professional appearance and demeanor 
• Friendly and personable disposition
• Excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
• Excellent typing ability
• Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and EXCEL
• Must be highty organized and detail oriented
