the following specifications for its search for a new Superintendent.

and develops staff, understands and strengthens board governance, and unites the school

multiple platforms to clearly explain decisions and build understanding, and navigates difficult

The Board of Education is offering a regionally-competitive compensation package. Connecticut
certification (093) is required for appointment.
