Position Summary:
The specific requirements that will be used when evaluating and/or assessing the candidate pool. Job requirements must be directly related to the essential functions of the job.
- Delivery Lead with experience in Agile methodologies, including: lead team meetings for planning, execution and reviews; organize and source info from Jira for reporting; track dependences across teams
- Liaise across Tech Leads and PMs to gather info and prepare periodic reports containing RAG Status, Business Objective, Deliverables, Progress To Date, Risks/Issues, Milestones Tracking, Dependences and Planned vs. Actual Funding
- Work with Tech Leads and PMs of Initiatives on the Yearly Strategic Planning throughout its process
- Gather and produce ad-hoc project info to up management & horizontal teams
- Track to closure audit issues and applications re-certification
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience working across technical and project management teams, liaising with team leaders, up & horizontal layers
- Experience in Agile Scrum & Kanban methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Suite
- Passion for problem solving, contributing to break complex topics into actionable solutions. Then, plan and execute until successful delivery
- Ability to work independently

- Business knowledge in Trading & Risk activities would be a big plus
- Tech-related education would be a big plus
