Valiant Residential is seeking a Training Coordinator who plays a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for new property management team members. This position is responsible for ensuring that all new hires receive the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed in their roles and embody the Valiant standard of excellence.
With a strong background in property management, the Training Coordinator will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training programs that enhance performance, strengthen operational consistency, and promote employee engagement across all properties.

What You’ll Be Doing
Onboarding & Training
• Lead and manage onboarding programs for new property management team members across all regions, conducting sessions three days per week.
• Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions covering company culture, policies, systems (such as Yardi), leasing standards, and operational best practices.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and departmental leaders to align onboarding content with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and reference guides for both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in property management, incorporating real-world experience into training delivery.
• Assess new hire progress, provide coaching as needed, and collect feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, feedback, and completion metrics.
Program Development & Continuous Improvement
• Identify training needs based on performance trends and feedback from leaders and new hires.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding curriculum and create refresher modules for existing team members.
• Support the rollout of new systems, processes, and initiatives by developing corresponding training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure business objectives are met.
Auditing & Process Alignment
• Conduct site visits to verify that onboarding and operational training practices are applied consistently.
• Provide follow-up coaching or additional training where gaps are identified.
• Document observations and share recommendations for process improvement with leadership.
Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the property management industry, with direct experience in operations, leasing, or community management.
· Demonstrated experience in training, onboarding, or employee development within a multi-site organization.
· Strong understanding of property management operations and industry best practices.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
· High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
