Broadridge is growing! We’re seeking an Associate Operations professional (2–3 years of experience) to support high-volume, transaction-oriented processes within contractual and quality guidelines. You will execute and coordinate operational activities across data processing, document production, tabulation, accounting support, and mailings to meet defined SLAs/KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows: data processing, file review, tabulation, document verification/production, accounting support, and mail preparation.
- Interpret client requirements and standard operating procedures to set up jobs accurately and on time.
- Monitor queues and throughput; perform quality checks and reconcile outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain job trackers, status reports, and production logs; escalate issues according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., programming, print/mail, client service) to resolve routine issues and meet deadlines.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Minimum qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in operations or back-office processing in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to follow established procedures, analyze straightforward issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or mutual funds.
- Familiarity with SLAs/KPIs, basic reconciliations, and production controls.
- Exposure to data tools (e.g., SQL, Access) is a plus.
