THE JOB:

Are you ready to be part of the action behind the scenes at one of Springfield’s premier destinations? As a Heavy-Duty Kitchen Cleaner at MGM Springfield, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchens spotless, safe, and running smoothly.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.30 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Clean ceilings, walls, and items that may require lengthy periods of time on a ladder; deep clean hot holding or cooking equipment; gather pots and pans to wash; breakdown, spray, load, unload dishes, glassware and flatware and store.

• Maintain chemical detergents.

• Wash baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards; sweep and mop.

• Separate and remove trash and garbage.

• Maintain inventories of linen and remove soiled linen.

• Transport equipment to other outlets and facilitates throughout the property.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Prior kitchen stewarding/dishwasher experience is a bonus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
