As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences. By setting high standards and supporting your team, you help create the memorable moments that guests will carry with them long after their stay.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

• Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas

• Conduct daily inspections, briefings and schedule meetings with employees

• Assist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees

• Assist with administrative functions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience within Environmental Services department

• Prior leadership experience is preferred

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
