Role Overview:
The Client Strategy Coordinator identifies, develops, and secures non-touring opportunities for the Nashville roster. This role combines strategic insight, creative execution, and operational excellence to drive client growth across music, media, and partnerships. Serving as a key liaison, the Coordinator tracks and advances opportunities while ensuring all materials reflect WME's brand and strategic vision.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and pitch cross-department strategies to expand opportunities beyond live events, including digital, fashion, film/TV, partnerships, sports, and social impact.
Partner with internal teams to leverage the WME network and drive growth for the Nashville roster.
Maintain a clear understanding of client priorities and align them with strategic opportunities.
Manage artist submissions for sync, live activations, sports appearances, and social impact programs.
Oversee internal systems and client databases to track projects, pitches, and secure opportunities.
Prepare strategy reports and updates for leadership.
Collaborate with Creative and Signings teams to develop high-quality decks and pitch materials.
Build strong internal relationships to ensure seamless execution.
Stay ahead of cultural and entertainment trends to drive innovative strategies.

3+ years of industry experience preferred.
