- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to generate awareness, nurture leads, and drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across email, digital ads, LinkedIn, website, retargeting, and events.
- Lead content development for campaigns, including copywriting, creative direction, and coordination with internal and external teams.
- Own HubSpot MarketingHub, including campaign automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to align marketing campaigns with target audiences, lead scoring, and attribution.
- Build and maintain monthly marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps tied to company objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion, CAC, ROI) and report key insights to leadership.
- Coordinate and manage external partners and vendors for creative, digital, and event marketing needs.
- Support CHS’s participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Mentor and coach junior marketing staff or vendors, establishing quality standards and repeatable processes.
- 7+ years of B2B or healthcare marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape (payers, providers, value-based care).
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot MarketingHub.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising, retargeting, SEO/SEM, and paid social.
- Strong content development and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Demonstrated ability to measure and optimize campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
- Excellent writing, organization, and project management skills.
- Comfort operating as a player/coach—balancing execution with strategy and leadership.
- Experience marketing SaaS or consulting solutions to payers, providers, or health systems.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot Reporting, etc.).
- Understanding of HIPAA-compliant digital marketing best practices.
