Position Summary


The National Medicare Sales Trainer plays a key role in developing and executing Agility's training strategy across the U.S., with a focus on the Spanish-speaking market. The individual will design, deliver, and continuously enhance comprehensive training programs that strengthen agent knowledge, sales effectiveness, and compliance in the Medicare space.


This is a strategic individual contributor role (no direct reports), ideal for a dynamic training professional who thrives on building agent capability, driving sales performance, and fostering a culture of learning.


Preferred Location: DFW Metroplex, Houston, Central Florida, or South Florida

Requirements



ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES



Training program design and delivery


  • Develop, implement, and manage national training programs focused on Medicare and related health insurance products.
  • Create and deliver engaging training content in both English and Spanish leveraging diverse instructional methods, live workshops, webinars, and digital modules.
  • Ensure all materials are compliant with CMS and carrier standards and reflect current product offerings and market updates.



Agent Enablement and Development


  • Equip agents with the knowledge and confidence to sell and service Medicare products effectively, with special emphasis on cultural alignment and communication in the Spanish-speaking market.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to improve agent proficiency in compliance, sales processes, and client engagement.



Program Evaluation and Optimization


  • Measure training impact using feedback, assessment scores, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously refine curriculum and delivery based on learner engagement, regulatory changes, and business goals.



Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to align training initiatives with Agility's strategic direction.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, tools, and guidance to agents and agency partners.



Market Expertise


  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Spanish-speaking Medicare market, ensuring cultural and linguistic nuances are reflected in all training initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, CMS regulations, and competitor activities to ensure Agility remains a trusted and innovative training leader.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Background in field marketing organizations (FMO), agencies, or carrier training roles.
  • Experience developing digital learning platforms or e-learning modules.



MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or education-preferably within insurance, Medicare, or healthcare sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage products.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in curriculum design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed for national training events, conferences, and partner meetings.
