Job Description

 The Waterpark Facility Manager operates and maintains all maintenance aspects of Massanutten Waterpark with a focus on employee and guest safety.  This includes the management of water quality within the state pool codes for public use.  Manage a staff of custodian and maintenance employees that understand working in a public environment while effectively completing assignments. Ensure all staff is working in accordance with departmental goals. Develop, train, and communicate departmental goals, manage staff and ensure objectives are met.

Experience:

• Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and related programs
• Supervisory experience
• Self-motivated and solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Good organizational skills
• General maintenance and custodial experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record 
• Great customer service 
• Must be 21 or older

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, including holidays. On call 24hrs/7 days a week

Hours: 7am-4pm, additional hours as needed.
