Mainstay Medical is a medical device company focused on marketing an innovative implantable neurostimulation system, ReActiv8®, for people with disabling chronic mechanical Low Back Pain. The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who combines technical skills with high energy and collaboration. This temporary position will play a key role in supporting our commercial teams through Salesforce administration, reporting, sales operations activities such as territory alignments, pipeline tracking, quota management and process enablement.
 
You’ll be hands-on in Salesforce and Excel- building dashboards, improving workflows, and ensuring data accuracy- while also being a visible, approachable resource across Sales, Patient Access, and to other team members. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and working directly with others to drive adoption and results.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the Salesforce.com admin, managing users, workflows, validation rules, and data integrity.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Dashboards and Reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and field teams.
  • Support sales operations functions including territory alignment, pipeline tracking, and quota and performance reporting.
  • Create and deliver training materials and live sessions to help teams adopt new tools and processes.
  • Use Visio to document workflows and Jira to manage enhancement requests and project tracking.
  • Maintain and analyze commercial data, supporting forecasts, performance tracking, and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, improve visibility, and ensure compliance with data standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or Commercial Systems (medical device or healthcare preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud) and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and dashboards).
  • Experience with territory alignment and sales structure management preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Visio; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills- energetic, approachable, and visible across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or related field

The hourly range for this position is $35.00-$40.00/hr however, pay offered will take into account a range of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
