What You’ll Do
.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the GM and AGM to align on goals, priorities, and performance updates.
Lead and motivate team members across multiple departments with clarity and energy.
Conduct and oversee pre-shift meetings and staff orientations.
Support scheduling, training, and mentorship for new hires.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that lives our mission to Create Memorable Experiences – Every Guest, Every Visit.
Monitor department performance, address issues quickly, and celebrate wins.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment at all times.
Collaborate with the Amusement Manager on arcade and attraction operations.
Support promotions, leagues, and special events.
Oversee guest service touchpoints, both in-person and over the phone, delivering friendly, accurate information.
Confidently operate the POS system for transactions, reports, and guest support.
Respond promptly to guest needs, rule violations, or safety concerns, using strong judgment and professionalism.
Assist with inventory, supply management, and equipment maintenance.
Promote Spare Time’s features and upcoming events to keep guests engaged.
Enforce safety standards, complete incident reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead by example in professionalism, communication, and service.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
4+ years of guest service experience and 2–4 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with technology systems.
A positive attitude, steady energy, and a knack for building team morale.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, fun-filled setting with large crowds, children, and exciting lighting effects (lasers, strobes, etc.).
Expect plenty of movement: standing and walking for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Regular evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are part of the experience.
