POSITION SUMMARY: To support Production Control Team with duties such as processing failed goods movements (COGI) and material transfers in SAP. Support Cycle Counting process to include generation and distribution, counting and communication.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS:
- Co-lead daily Cycle Count process (Lead counts individually and with team, calculate results)
- Support generation of reports (cycle count and inventory performance)
- Monitor Reports as it relates to Inventory (COGI, GR, Intercompany and Late Purchase Order)
- Support Quality reviews as it relates to Inventory (Block Stock, Scrap)
- Systematically support accurate inventory levels (Daily Transfers, COGI, Cycle counts)
- Collaborate with Team to resolve issues related to Inventory
- Assist with Physical Inventory Activity or Audits
- Assist with development of SOP and OPL documentation
- Effectively utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Tools related to job function
- Responsible for accurate data collection and reporting related to job function
- Maintain accurate records related to job function
- Support Production Control initiatives
- Additional duties as required
