Job Description:
The IT Analyst – Infrastructure Deployments will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure rollouts across the organization. This role will focus on deploying hardware, software, and networking components to support business growth via acquisitions and new builds. This position will report to the VP of IT with a dotted line to the Project Managers responsible for clinic expansions. They will collaborate with internal business and IT leads and external partners to ensure successful clinic openings.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in infrastructure technologies, project coordination, and hands-on deployment support. They must be detail-oriented and able to handle day-to-day tactical issues while also seeing the big picture and working strategically to prioritize efforts. This position will work closely with Project Managers and act as the main technical project team member for integrating the network and desktop infrastructures for new clinics. They will provide vendor oversight for developing scope of work and executing onsite tasks such as low voltage cabling, network equipment installation, and clinic testing and turn-up. This position must be able to work independently, possess a strong commitment to high-quality customer service, and have a solid work ethic. Having the ability to document, follow, and maintain standardized procedures is a must.
The person in this role will work remotely but is expected to travel to various U.S. locations to provide onsite support for clinic openings; travel is expected to be between 25-35%. There is a strong preference for resources in the northeastern United States. The role may require after-hours or weekend work during critical deployments, and it involves the physical setup of equipment which may require climbing a ladder.
Responsibilities:
Execute IT project playbooks for new clinics and acquisitions, and serve the business needs of our new teammates, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction
Collaborate and oversee 3rd party vendors to ensure effective delivery of IT systems and services for new clinics (e.g. low voltage installations); ensure vendors follow written standards, checklists, and checkout policies
Ensure network and desktop infrastructure adheres to standards
Identify non-standard requirements and work with other technical SMEs to develop a solution
Assist with new teammate onboarding, account verification, device deployment, first time login, password resets, and MFA (multi-factor authentication) walkthrough and training
Provide onsite support for new Ivy employees with the adoption of Microsoft Office 365 tools like Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, as well as mobile device tools like Authenticator and Intune (aka Company Portal)
Relay end-user feedback to other Ivy teams as needed to ensure issues are addressed
Identify and coordinate mitigation for security risks
Contribute to ongoing improvements in IT standards and processes; help write technical procedures and implementation guides as needed
Mentor & provide support to junior team members and/or contractors
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science, or equivalent work experience/certifications
At least 5 years’ experience providing infrastructure support, systems administration, or deployment roles in a multi-site environment
Experience collaborating with business teams (e.g. product support) and vendors to ensure end-users get what they need to be productive
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt to challenging situations quickly
Comfortable interacting with all levels across the organization, including senior management, and able to present ideas in non-technical terms; confident speaking in front of small to medium size groups
Required:
Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNC, VPN and firewalls
Experience with Azure and the Microsoft O365 suite of tools, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Authenticator
Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, specifically Kaseya and ConnectWise
Ability to support and troubleshoot issues with end-user devices such as laptops, desktop PCs, scanners, printers and VoIP phones
Desired:
Experience with Cato Firewall and Sophos Wi-Fi environments
Experience with Peplink or similar cellular backup routers
Experience with RingCentral cloud-based telephony system
CompTIA A+ and/or MCSE certifications
Experience in a healthcare / clinical setting, especially a multi-site environment

Compensation for this role ranges from $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 based on experience.
