Job Description:

The Yardi Systems Specialist plays a key role in advancing our Senior Living technology ecosystem, which leverages leading SaaS solutions and a hybrid cloud environment — including the Yardi Senior Living platform and the Microsoft 365 suite for collaboration.

As a part of the Business Systems Team at Sonida Senior Living, this role partners closely with community leaders, accounting teams, IT colleagues, and external vendors to optimize and expand our Yardi platform. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, service-oriented environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive operational excellence and user satisfaction across a growing organization.

This is a remote position supporting a national portfolio of communities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs, translate requirements, and deliver scalable solutions within Yardi and related systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and user experience optimization, driving adoption and data integrity.
• Lead and execute system testing and quality assurance for new functionality, configurations, and system updates.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for administrative procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Yardi modules and integrated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Yardi in a multi-location or senior living environment.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP or business systems (configuration, support, upgrades, and process improvement).
• Background in senior living, property management, or a related industry preferred.
