Our new Senior B2B CRM Officer will join an ambitious and creative marketing team, playing a key role in how we build and strengthen relationships with our business audiences. You’ll help drive forward Birmingham City University’s B2B content and CRM strategy — increasing awareness of our apprenticeships, CPD and short courses, academic consultancy, and STEAMhouse among employers and industry partners.

You’ll be someone who understands how to create engaging, data-driven communications that speak directly to business audiences. Passionate about using CRM to tell compelling stories and build meaningful connections, you’ll have the skills to plan, deliver, and evaluate campaigns that bring our enterprise offer to life. You’ll also be confident using CRM systems to manage data, monitor performance, and spot opportunities to enhance engagement.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will join a team of subject matter experts specialising in a range of marketing disciplines including CRM, content, campaigns, design and web.

The appointed candidate will normally be employed through our subsidiary company BCU Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Birmingham City University. Appointees with prior LGPS membership who wish to enter the LGPS scheme will be able to do so, and will be employed by Birmingham City University directly.
