Description

• Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Oversee daily operations including receiving, shipping, cycle counting, restocking, binning, and general inventory management.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, condition, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform hands-on warehouse tasks as needed to support team performance and meet operational goals.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on warehouse procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
• Perform and reconcile regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to resolve inventory or order discrepancies.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Enforce compliance with all safety, quality, and operational policies.
• Track and report daily activities, productivity, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5  years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• 1–2  years of experience in a leadership, lead, or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and restocking.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically active environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Warehousing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Forklift certification and familiarity with RF scanners.
