MANAGER MANAGED CARE OPERATIONS bei Tower Health

The Managed Care Operations Manager develops and implements action plans critical to the success of managed care initiatives including, but not limited to, enterprise-wide payor contracting, intradepartmental and interdepartmental projects, and other key activities involving multidisciplinary team members. This position is responsible for creating project plans that identify major goals and objectives, stakeholders, action steps, accountabilities, time frames, critical dates, and resource needs.

This position is also responsible for bird dogging activities to maintain conformity with project timelines, identify roadblocks, monitor progress, and report on project status to ensure project stays on track. Responsibilities include submitting deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective communications, and successful execution of plans.

Upon project completion, the Managed Care Operations Manager will evaluate the success of the project and make recommendations for future process improvements. This position collaborates with the Enterprise Project Management Office on best practices, supervises the Managed Care Operations Specialist, and reports to the Vice President, Payor Contracts and Relationships.

Full Time Hybrid Position (subject to change - based on department needs)

Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm
