We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Advanced Analytics Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve complex business problems, drive innovation, and deliver actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for a variety of business use cases
Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights
Partner across departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales) to improve data infrastructure and accessibility.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks
Lead strategic data analysis projects to drive planning and operational enhancements.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations and reports
Stay current with the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science
Contribute to the development of AI strategy and best practices across the organization
Must Have: Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or relevant experience
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development
Strong experience with SQL and statistical analysis using Python, R, or similar tools
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Must have experience in presenting data and analysis to multiple members

Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
