Spend 4-5 months in each team over two years:
- Land Acquisition - Find sites, run the numbers, negotiate deals
- Development Management - Navigate planning, coordinate teams, problem-solve
- Project Management - Own budgets, timelines, and risk on live developments
- On-Site Delivery - Boots on, hard hat on, make it happen
- Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience - Understand buyers, launch show homes, hit targets

By Month 24: Applying to your to a team for a permanent role
What we are looking for?
- 2:1 degree minimum in real estate, development, or construction, or a related technical field (e.g. engineering or architecture)
- Work experience (internships, part-time jobs, placements all count)
- Ambition to actually make a difference
- You're frustrated by the housing crisis and want to do something about it
- You like solving complex problems with no obvious answer
- You're comfortable presenting and building relationships
- You can handle pressure, setbacks, and changing priorities
- You want real responsibility from the start.

Manchester: £27,300 + bonus | City centre
