  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to assist in managing small projects: Revenue quota – $1,000,000 minimum, Gross Profit quota – $400,000 minimum OR previously agreed upon Revenue and GPM Goal.
  • Assist project managers for selected accounts. 
  • Ensure quality service. 
  • Manage costs and revenue. 
  • Maintain project scheduling, reporting, and timely billing. 
  • Secondary focal point for all customer relationship issues. 
  • Identify and ensure we meet all customer expectations: Scope of work or SLAs, Equipment, Professional services, and reporting & billing process.
  • Identify and ensure we meet all customer expectations. 
  • Effectively assist in recognizing issues with the delivery and performance. 
  • Ability to complete projects within budget. 
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism. 
  • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign. 
  • Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA. 


  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • College education or degree highly desirable.
  • Project coordinator skills.
  • Highly proficient with the use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills.


  • Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
  • Full-time – 40 hours per week
  • Available during normal business hours 8 am – 5 pm
  • Office is located in Mt. Laurel, NJ
