CTG is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Specialist to join our client’s team in Dallas, TX. This 12-month contract is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in C2M system design, configuration, and support.
What You’ll Do:
Gather and analyze requirements for the Oracle Utilities C2M system.
Design and configure the C2M module to meet business needs.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guide end-users throughout the process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Utilities systems.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience with Oracle Utilities C2M system.
Strong requirements gathering, system design, and configuration capabilities.
Experience supporting UAT and providing user guidance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States.
Currently local to Dallas, TX or willing to relocate.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Prior experience as an Oracle Utilities Specialist or in a similar role with C2M implementation.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
