SUMMARY:

Join our dynamic team to take charge of managing the sales positioning of commodity and value-added Pork products. As a key player in our sales network, you'll coordinate efforts to maximize overall product value for the Fresh Meats Group. This role involves daily interaction with a diverse customer base, as well as internal teams such as Scheduling, Pricing, Claims, and other support groups.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to effectively coordinate sales within Tyson and with external customer groups, optimize pricing strategies, and adeptly manage a multifaceted sales portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the sales positioning of Pork products.

• Coordinate sales efforts within the Tyson sales network.

• Interact daily with customers and internal support groups.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study.

• Experience: Experience in Pork or similar commodity sales and/or protein supply chain management is a plus.

• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerBI is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.

• Special Skills: Creative problem-solving skills are a plus; excellent customer interaction skills, goal-oriented, overall positive and productive approach, team player, and results-driven.

Work Shift:

Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this position based on various factors such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses. Pay is just one part of Tyson’s total compensation package.
