Job Description
Who we are looking for
A senior program manager to work within the Office of the CTO (Chief Technology Office) to drive programs resulting in a simplified and integrated IT infrastructure enabling the business.
What you will be responsible for
As a member of the IT Partner Delivery team, you will be working directly with IT platform engineering, network, end-user experience, infrastructure, and operations teams to help carry out strategies. You will lead the CTO PMO to develop standards, templates, and a process to track and report on metrics for all CTO programs/efforts.
It is essential you have strong end-to-end program and project management experience working with a large portfolios of projects that support a complex organizational environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide project leadership, direction and coaching/support to the project team
- Facilitate executive reporting include Board of Director reporting
- Chair program meetings and coordinating teams and deliverables
- Maintain the risks/issues log, mitigation plans and escalation process. Identify cross team dependencies and mitigation plans
- Work with key global stakeholders to maintain program prioritization/demand inventory
- Develop and manage program steering committee/stakeholder meetings (i.e., SVP / EVP level)
- Optimize program spend and regularly present recommendations
- Develop a PMO toolset and facilitate user adoption of same
- Define and manage the end-to-end program plan
- Manage program spend valued at $5M-100M

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of experience or equivalent
- Experience effectively bringing teams together across global regions
- Extremely detail and solution oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office expertise, including Visio
- Ability to diplomatically and effectively manage issues across functional teams
- Successful candidate should be enthusiastic, keen to be part of a growing team
- Experience in structured project/program management and the ability to implement a framework to deliver large projects
- Experience with Clarity and/or JIRA (appreciated but not required)
Salary Range:
$125,000 - $207,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
