TITLE: Program Evaluation Coordinator
DIVISION: Child Welfare & Juvenile Justice Services
PROGRAM: Evening Reporting Centers (ERC/CIC)
REPORTS TO: Director of Community Based Programs
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time
FLSA STATUS: Exempt

SUMMARY:
This role will provide data collection, dissemination and reporting supports for the division. This role will also investigate service complaints and conduct monthly quality calls and reviews to clients as it relates to service delivery and client satisfaction. In addition, this role serves as the point person and lead coordinator to all Department of Human Services evaluation.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: (and other duties as assigned)
• Identify and oversee performance improvement projects
• Conduct service complaint investigations and retrospective case reviews as needed
• Provides supportive data, reports, and strategies to program leadership and staff.
• Investigate service concerns as appointment by Executive Leadership
• Participate in staff and program meetings, and in weekly supervision.
• DHS Evaluation Coordinator
• Coordinates internal mock audits to ensure program compliance
• Works with human resource and learning department to ensure that program staff are onboard, trained and file maintained as compliant in accordance to city and state requirements.
• Site Program Planning
• Always ensure staff and client file compliance
• Random file audits monthly and creates evaluation/program presentations for monthly staff meetings and for leadership as needed
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Alternating ERC program sites
WORKING HOURS: Routine business hours, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Occasionally work evenings and weekends for special projects.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field, Master’s Degree in Public Administration is a plus.
• 2 years experience in child welfare, child and youth services or behavioral health or any combination.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office) and ability to work with various digital information systems
• Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services
• Very strong working and demonstrative knowledge and experience using MS Excel and managing data.
