- Take ownership of interview scheduling to include coordinating between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure a smooth process and positive candidate experience.
- Initiate, manage and track background check processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with our company standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to include communications, orientations and coordination of new hire activities.
- Create and maintain employee files, along with performing other administrative tasks in support of Talent Acquisition.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent work experience also considered.
- 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, including an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated experience using ATS & HRIS systems; Workday and Jobvite expertise a plus.
