Role Overview

The People Operations Specialist supports HR operations across regional properties, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role partners with property managers and the central HR team to drive employee engagement, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and employee relations across properties

• Champion company culture and engagement programs

• Support training, development, and performance management

• Investigate and resolve employee concerns and disputes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations

• Assist with new property acquisitions and HR audits

• Collaborate on compensation planning and talent lifecycle initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field

• 2+ years of admin experience; HR experience preferred

• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or HCM preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of employment laws and HRIS systems

• SHRM or PHR certification preferred

Physical Requirements

• Desk-based work with occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs.)

• Travel to properties required (40% - 60%)
