Role Overview
The People Operations Specialist supports HR operations across regional properties, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role partners with property managers and the central HR team to drive employee engagement, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR and employee relations across properties
Champion company culture and engagement programs
Support training, development, and performance management
Investigate and resolve employee concerns and disputes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations
Assist with new property acquisitions and HR audits
Collaborate on compensation planning and talent lifecycle initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
2+ years of admin experience; HR experience preferred
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or HCM preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge of employment laws and HRIS systems
SHRM or PHR certification preferred
Physical Requirements
Desk-based work with occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
Travel to properties required (40% - 60%)
