Job Description
As a Project Executive at EIG Electrical Systems, you are responsible for the Account Management and strategic operations of one or several electrical construction projects. The primary task is the successful management of a high-performing team including Sr Project Managers, Project Managers, and the teams they run. You will drive the planning, execution, and financial performance of your projects using business practices that are consistent with our company values – people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence. This strategic position will require leveraging your technical knowledge, business acumen and people management skills. Ideally, you’ll have at least ten years of complex construction experience managing teams and client relationships on electrical construction projects within the data center market.
But even more importantly, you understand that success in our industry requires communication and empathy, both with customers and internally with your team. You have a passion for managing, leading, and developing high-performing teams and employees. You're enthusiastic about mentoring and developing your employees, and will make a commitment to your team to help them learn and constantly improve.
JOB DUTIES
-Manage group to bring in electrical construction work. Manage work through to a successful and profitable completion.
-Work with group to continually display the technical, human and conceptual skills required to be a successful Project Manager.
-Nurture and develop client / account relationship with the goal of being awarded additional projects
-Ensure that all EIG projects and contractual commitments are met and performed professionally.
-Manage the EIG resources which include support personnel, materials, and the associated paperwork requirements.
-Ensure that all EIG processes and procedures are followed. Ensure that EIG has a successful project and a satisfied customer.
You possess dynamic leadership and management skills to influence and drive positive outcomes. You have thorough knowledge of the estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting methods necessary to profitably complete electrical construction projects. You have experience with union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements. In addition to your technical knowledge, you have a history of successfully leading teams and are passionate about developing and growing employees to their full potential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: None required.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience, in electrical construction or related activities include 8 years in a leadership role, including tenure on large scale complex data center or commercial projects. Thorough knowledge of the estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting principles necessary to profitably complete electrical construction projects.
