Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our Accounting team. The Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, and assisting with reporting and compliance requirements. This role will work closely with other members of the Accounting team to maintain the integrity of the company’s financial information and help drive efficient processes.

 Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, supporting schedules, and reports
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal company policies
• Provide support for audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support business operations
• Safeguard the confidentiality and accuracy of financial data

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–4 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting/ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professionalism
